MPDX has made a slight change to the behavior of when we change a Contact’s Primary Address.
Before, MPDX would overwrite the selected Primary Address when the existing Primary Address was:
- from the donation system
- you DID NOT mark the donation system Primary Address as “no longer valid.”
Now, MPDX will only overwrite the Primary Address when:
- the existing address is from the donation system
- it is the FIRST time the donation system has posted the address.
The best place in MPDX to see updates concerning addresses is under the Tools tab in Navigation Bar under “Fix Mailing Addresses.”
